Services
SteelStack Cathedral Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services in Cathedral, CA and surrounding areas. All service estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors that may be discovered during the project.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:
- A deposit before work begins
- Progress payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon project completion and your approval
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in your project contract. Our warranties cover workmanship and installation. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues arising from improper maintenance are not covered.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and licensing for all our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed, or for issues arising from pre-existing conditions not visible during the initial assessment.
Property Access
By hiring us, you grant permission for our team to access your property as needed to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing or relocating any items that may be in the way.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. If needed, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Cathedral, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
